Our story:
From Circular Economy to Subscription Excellence
Our journey began in 2018 when Florian André conducted a project around the circular economy in the logistics industry, finding new business models that combine economical and environmental sustainability. The project ignited a passion for the win-win-win aspect of subscription models — for providers, customers, and the planet.
Mastering Subscription Business Model Transformations
Fascinated by the potential of subscription models, Florian wrote his master’s thesis on transforming manufacturing companies from selling products to selling subscriptions. This academic foundation coupled with practical insights from industry interactions culminated in the creation of 47 best practices for successful subscription transformations.
Launching P2S Management Consulting
In 2019, Florian founded P2S Management Consulting with a mission to help companies develop their own Subscription and X-as-a-Service models. The methodical approach led to the development of the P2S Subscription Action Plan™, a comprehensive guide to overcoming common challenges in subscription model transformations.
